It's time for a secret mission with the Spy Family! Embarking on an adventure with the Spy Family,
we drew the characters as they go on their top secret mission!
Let's head to the seas with Monkey D. Luffy as he sails with his crew of Straw Hat Pirates through the Grand Line to find the treasure 'One Piece' and become the new king of the pirates!We reimagined Luffy's adventures, drawing characters such as Luffy and Chopper against an ocean scene filled with many items including the famous 'The Thousand Sunny' ship! ⛵️
Diving further into the world of Anime, we explored a variety of stories! Our first anime is "The Diary of Chibi-San" which we drew Ochibi-san and his animal friends against a relaxed Japanese City of Kamakura. The second Anime, "Chi's Sweet Home" follows the adventures of a cute little cat named Chi. Our third and forth anime Jujutsu Kaisen and My Hero Academica focuses on the adventures of human characters. It was fun to reimagined the scenes from the anime while also adding our own details to the drawing!

Zooming into the next world of exploration, we head on over to the Roblox world!
Roblox is an online platform and game creation system that allows users to design their own games and play games created by other users. These games includes racing, role-playing, simulations, and obstacle courses games. As we explore the different games, we also customised and drew the characters to look like our own avatars in the game!
It's time to unwind and relax with Animal Crossing! The game offers a peaceful escape where players can unwind, express themselves, and enjoy the simple pleasures of everyday life in a whimsical world filled with quirky animal friends. The gameplay unfolds in real-time, following the actual time and seasons, creating a dynamic and immersive experience. In our drawings, we chose our favourite season, settings and also customized our characters! We also added various animal friends to create a community together!
Let's get creative with Fall guys! Fall Guys is a free, cross-platform massively multiplayer party royale game. Clumsily compete in absurd obstacle courses with friends or build your very own chaotic course to share with the community.From building our own construction scenes, to adding different 'Fall Guys' characters, it was a blast to reimagine the obstacle courses in our own drawings!

Diving into the world of chocolate, sweets and magic, 'Wonka' the film, is a musical fantasy film directed by Paul King, who co-wrote the screenplay with Simon Farnaby based on a story by King. It tells the origin story of Willy Wonka, a character in the 1964 novel Charlie and the Chocolate Factory by Roald Dahl. The film describes the dreams of Wonka, who wishes to open a shop in a city renowned for its chocolate.
Enchanted by the delicious treats, we drew various scenes of Wonka and his chocolate factory. Every corner of the factory holds a new surprise, from the chocolate river flowing with liquid chocolate to the edible wallpaper and candy trees. The factory becomes a playground for our imagination!
Next up in our exploration, we ventured into the world of Cookie Run: Kingdom! Cookie Run Kingdom is a free to play role-playing & city-building battle simulator. The game is mainly played by building the player's Cookie Kingdom and collecting Cookies using the game's gacha to fight in various game modes. Immersed in this new world, we drew a variety of interesting cookie characters and explored their different kingdoms!

It's time for us to appreciate the scenes and spaces around us! Firstly we reflected and drew scenes of 'Our Home'. Baking, watching tv, playing games, having dinner, here are some of the many scenes we see our family engage in. Decorating each space with objects and special trinkets we see around us, our family house is more than just a dwelling-it's a haven where love and laughter abound.
Beyond just the house, we also reminisce on excursion trips we have went on with our classmates. The museum, park, SEA Aquarium, beaches are some of the beautiful spaces we had fun day out with our friends and teachers! From interactive exhibits to immersive natural landscapes, each moment is an opportunity to broaden our horizons and deepen our understanding of the world around us. Laughter and camaraderie abound as we navigate through the day, sharing discoveries and forging memories that will last a lifetime.

The growing awareness of the detrimental impact of excessive waste on the Earth's ecosystems has prompted individuals, communities, and governments to take action. Many regions have implemented comprehensive waste collection and recycling programs. Citizens are encouraged to separate their waste into categories like recyclables, organic waste, and non-recyclables. Let's continue the ongoing mission to protect the Earth's environment!
The Mesozoic Era is a fascinating period in Earth's history. It lasted for about 180 million years, starting around 252 million years ago and ending about 66 million years ago. It's divided into three main parts: the Triassic, Jurassic, and Cretaceous periods. The Mesozoic Era came to an end with a significant event-the extinction of the dinosaurs. Around 66 million years ago, a massive asteroid struck Earth, causing widespread changes in the environment. The Mesozoic Era was a time of incredible changes and the dominance of dinosaurs, making it a truly exciting period in Earth's history!

Brawl Stars is a popular multiplayer online battle game developed and published by Supercell. The game features a variety of game modes, each with its own unique objectives and gameplay mechanics. Brawl Stars has a diverse cast of characters, known as "Brawlers." The game quickly gained popularity for its unique blend of action, strategy, and team-based gameplay. The goal is to work together with teammates to defeat the opposing team or be the last Brawler standing.

It's much, much bigger than anything we can imagine. Space is not just about stars and planets. There are also moons, which are like little buddies that go around some of the planets. Our Earth has a moon that lights up our night sky.
Exploring a world where every path leads to sweetness - welcome to Candy and Dessert Land! ??✨As the class create and draw the flavourful Candyland, students get the chance to discuss their favourite treats or dessert! In addition, students learn more about the films that are associated with it!

Encanto is a 2021 animated musical film produced by Walt Disney Animation Studios. The film is set in Colombia and tells the story of a young girl named Mirabel who is the only member of her family without magical powers. The Madrigal family, with the exception of Mirabel, possesses special gifts bestowed upon them by a magic candle on the day they were born. However, the magical candle faded. Mirabel embarks on a journey to uncover the truth and save her family's magical legacy.
Star VS the forces of evil. A magical princess named Star Butterfly, receives a royal magic wand for her 14th birthday. Star butterfly fought against the evil forces together with her friend, Marco. Our students learnt to create the same drawing style from that show!
"Harry Potter" is a popular fantasy book series written by British author J.K. Rowling. The series consists of seven books, each chronicling a year in the life of the titular character, Harry Potter; sharing his experiences at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. The story revolves around Harry's discovery of his magical heritage, his time at Hogwarts, and his ongoing struggle against the dark wizard Lord Voldemort, who aims to conquer the wizarding world.

Western food includes a wide variety of delicious dishes from countries like the United States, Canada, and many in Europe. It often features foods like burgers, pizza, pasta, and sandwiches. These meals are typically hearty and filling, with lots of flavors kids enjoy, like cheese, tomatoes, and different types of meat. Western desserts like ice cream, cookies, and cakes are also very popular! Yummy!
Asian food is incredibly diverse and encompasses a wide range of culinary traditions from the Asian continent. It includes dishes, ingredients, and cooking techniques from countries such as China, Japan, India, Thailand, Vietnam, Korea, Malaysia, Indonesia, and many others. Our students explored and drew foods that made us drool!

Anime is a hand-drawn and computer-generated animation originating from Japan. Anime is a term derived from a shortening of the English word animation. The very first anime film that was produced was The Dull Sword. It was released on June 30th, 1917.Over the years, anime has evolved both in terms of techniques and storytelling. For this week's cartoon drawing, the students learnt how to draw Doraemon. Doraemon is a male robotic earless cat that travels back in time to aid a pre-teen boy named Nobita.Students also learnt how to draw characters from Demon Slayer. Demon Slayer is about a family that is attacked by demons and only two members survive: Tanjiro and his sister, Nezuko. Anime has become one of the popular topics talked amongst our students. Pokemon is a Japanese media franchise consisting of video games, animated series, film and trading card game. The franchise takes place in a shared universe in which humans co-exist with creatures known as Pokemon, a large variety of species endowed with special powers. What is your favourite Pokemon character? Let us know!
Anpanman is a Japanese children's superhero picture book series written by Takashi Yanase, running from 1973 until the author's death in 2013. It is one of the most popular anime series among young children in Japan.Did you know that Anpanman is a red bean bread man? He doesn't have any superpowers like Batman or Superman but is a kind hero who helps those in need and gives to hungry people pieces of his face, which is made out of red bean bread, yumm!!

Disney and Pixar's Elemental is an original feature film set in Element City, where fire-, water-, land- and air-residents live together, but also separately. Ember, is fire and is an intelligent woman, eager to please her parents who have sacrificed so much to raise their family here. The visuals, the characters, and heartfelt moments really make Elemental worth watching. Elemental is deeply moving. It may take a while to get there, but it's worth the wait!
For last week's Cartoon Drawing session, our students learnt how to draw mummies from the Mummies movie! The film follows the fun adventures of three ancient Egyptian mummies who live in an underground secret city, hidden in ancient Egypt. Through a series of unfortunate events, the mummies end up in present-day London and embark on a wacky and hilarious journey in search of an old ring belonging to the Royal Family, which was stolen by the ambitious archaeologist Lord Carnaby. The Amazing Maurice is a 2022 computer-animated fantasy comedy film directed by Toby Genkel. Maurice is a sassy, street-smart cat with a sneaky disposition. Together with his band of rats and pied-piper friend Keith, he travels across the countryside, swindling villagers with a staged rat plague. This self-aware fantasy is fast-paced and funny with an outstanding cast. It's one that parents and children aged over 7 can enjoy together!

Talking Tom & Friends is a children's computer-animated sitcom web series. Talking Tom & Friends have entertained many kid through the interactive apps in which the characters repeat what users say into their devices. Cameras capture the curious, comical, and even mundane events of their days as these pals go about work and play and spill secrets in bathroom confessionals.
BotBots is an animated television series based on Hasbro's collectable toy line of the same name, which is a spin-off of the wider Transformers franchise by Hasbro. The first season debuted on Netflix on March 25, 2022What is BotBots? BotBots are Transformers robots that disguise themselves as everyday mall objects. By day, these BotBots hide quietly on store shelves but at night, they jump into adventure until a group of BotBots called 'The Lost Bots' run into the mall security guard and put all the bots in danger. Bee and PuppyCat is an American adult animated streaming television series. The series revolves around Bee, an unemployed woman in her early twenties, who encounters a mysterious creature named PuppyCat. She adopts this apparent cat-dog hybrid, and together they go on a series of temporary jobs to pay off her monthly rent. These bizarre jobs take the duo across strange worlds out in space!
Oddballs is an animated adventure-comedy streaming television series created by James Rallison and Ethan Banville for Netflix. It follows James, a bubble-shaped kid who goes on bizarre adventures with his best friends; a dim-witted crocodile named Max, and, a time-travelling girl named Echo. During each episode, James's rants and questioning of social norms often end up in a disaster.It tells the story of James. His observations on life fuel his comedic rants at everyday inconveniences and elevates them to absurd heights! If you're looking for a show that will put a smile on your face, "Oddballs" is definitely worth checking out!

DC Superheroes refers to a range of fictional characters that are part of the DC Comics universe. Some of the most well-known DC Superheroes include Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, The Flash, Green Lantern, Aquaman, and many others. DC Superheroes have been featured in a wide variety of media, including comic books, movies, TV shows, video games, and more, and have become an iconic part of popular culture around the world.
Marvel is a company that creates superhero stories in comics, movies, and TV shows. Some of their famous characters include Spider-Man, Iron Man, Captain America, and The Avengers. These characters have special powers or skills that they use to fight against villains and save the world. Marvel stories are full of exciting adventures and lessons about teamwork, bravery, and doing what's right. Kids can enjoy Marvel comics and movies with their families and learn important values from their favorite superheroes!

School life can be an exciting and challenging experience for students. It is a period of learning, growth, and development that shapes a person's future. Teachers and staff play a vital role in a student's academic and personal development. They provide guidance and support, offer feedback and encouragement, and create a positive learning environment. School life is not just about academic learning, though. It is also a time for children to develop social skills and make friends. They learn how to interact with their peers, negotiate conflict, and work collaboratively on projects. Extracurricular activities such as sports, music, and theater provide additional opportunities for socializing and developing new skills. In summary, school life is an important and formative experience for children. It provides them with the knowledge, skills, and social connections they need to succeed in their adult lives.
A family member is someone in your family, like your mom, dad, brother, sister, grandma, grandpa, aunt, or uncle. They are related to you by blood or marriage, and they are people who love and care for you. Family members are usually the people you spend a lot of time with and who are there for you when you need help or support. For last week's Cartoon Drawing sessions, our students drew their favourite memory spent together with their families! ??

Dinosaurs were prehistoric creatures that lived on Earth millions of years ago. They were reptiles, which means they were cold-blooded, had scales, and laid eggs. There were many different kinds of dinosaurs, and they came in all shapes and sizes. Dinosaurs first appeared on Earth about 245 million years ago and disappeared about 66 million years ago. Do you know that the word dinosaurs come from the Greek language? "Deinos" meaning fearfully great, and "sauros", meaning lizards. Dinosaur fossils have been found on all seven continents! Although dinosaurs are extinct, we can still learn a lot from them. They are fascinating creatures that have captured the imagination of people of all ages!
Last week, our students learnt the difference and similarities on the North and South Poles and also learnt that not all animals can live in these 2 poles! The similarities between the North and South Poles is that they are both covered with ice and are the coldest places on earth. Brrr… So, what animals lives In the South Pole? Well, you can see different species of Penguins, Whales, Leopard seal and birds like South Polar Skua! On the other hand, Polar bears, Arctic Fox, Walrus and Narwhal lives in the North Pole! After identifying the kind of animals to draw, our students moved on to the creating the background. They drew ice mountains and floating ice caps to complete the artwork!

An aquarium is a vivarium of any size having at least one transparent side in which aquatic plants to animals are kept and displayed. In Singapore, S.E.A. Aquarium is one of the world's largest aquariums, home to more than 100,000 marine animals representing 1,000 species across more than 40 diverse habitats. Our students shared with us their experience and what they observed. Did you know that our aquarium is divided into 10 zones? It is designed such that it represents the different oceans of the world!
Chinese Zodiac came about when the Jade Emperor decided there should be a way of measuring time and told the animals that there was a swimming race. The first twelve animals to cross the fast flowing river would be the winner and they would each have a year of the zodiac named after them. To help students understand better while drawing it, they get to watch a video of the story.
