CSR Event — 3D Acrylic Painting Workshop (SC Capital Partners and APSN)
On Friday, 29 November 2019, SC Capital Partners teamed up with Global Art Sengkang to conduct a workshop for some students from Association for Persons with Special Needs (APSN). 15 children aged between 7 to 11 years old from APSN and 15 adult volunteers from SC Capital Partners came together to participate in a special 1.5 hour 3D Acrylic Painting workshop. The tagline for this workshop was “paint a picture, make a friend”. An adult and a child paired up to create a portrait of each pair. They had to draw each other, paint and then stick on clay to some parts of their paintings. Although each pair entered the classroom as strangers, they bonded over their paintings and left as friends! Our teachers at Global Art Sengkang hosted our guests and facilitated the workshop, making sure that everyone had fun! This workshop was part of Global Art Sengkang’s 2019 Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program that aims to give back to the society. We would like to thank SC Capital Partners and APSN for making this memorable collaboration happen.
